What we collect and why
Contact form. If you write to us, we collect the name, email address and message you send. We use them only to answer you and follow up on your request. We keep them for 6 months after our last exchange. If a business relationship follows, they are kept as part of the client file for as long as the law or the relationship requires.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data when you visit this site (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type). It is used to keep the site secure and running, not to identify you.
Cookies and tracking. This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google for them.
Who receives your data
Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland) hosts this website and our email, and processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or pass it on otherwise. The LinkedIn link on the Who We Are page leads to an external site with its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, or for its correction or deletion, by writing to info@sigbufinance.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
